Terms of Reference - Request for Proposals for Implementing partners

Established in 1951, the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) is the United Nations Migration Agency working closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners.

IOM works to help ensure the orderly and humane management of migration, to promote international cooperation on migration issues, to assist in the search for practical solutions to migration problems and to provide humanitarian assistance to migrants in need, including refugees and internally displaced people.

With funding from the European Union’s Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid department (ECHO)”, IOM is implementing the project titled: Strengthening WASH Service Delivery for Refugees and Host Community in Uganda.  IOM has allocated funds to support increased access to sustainable safe sanitation and hygiene for refugees in Kyangwali and Palorinya settlements.

As such IOM invites interested, eligible and competent implementing partners to submit in their proposals for co-delivering the above project.

The proposals must reach the above-mentioned IOM country office address not later than 12:30 PM on 22 June 2018.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected implementing partner/s or any obligation to inform the affected implementing partner/s of the ground for the IOM’s action.
